Yeah but does crossfire have flickering textures and jumpy grids on the ground? From everything I have gathered, this game was built more for AMD tech and they talked about having crossfire support on day one.

Everything you have gathered appears to somewhat poor information.

Yes, crossfire has artifacts too. You are jumping to conclusions when you assume that the company which paid more for sponsorship necessarily has better support.
