Leverage Existing Art Assets

Brace yourself: there's dozens of examples of that. The "Battlemaster" Tier 3 Heavy armor has three variants, except really 1.5 since two of them are exactly identical and the third has a slight difference, but it doesn't matter because it, in turn, looks almost precisely like the Tier 2 heavy armors. And some of the Tier 1.
Also, there are a number of Light Armors that your mage might wear, that are identical to the Medium Armors your rogue might wear. Side note: I love that my 4/5ths "cloth" armor is 90% a leather trenchcoat. I really like some of the cloth textures in the game. Too bad I'll never see them.
