Load your latest save file, equip a new item on your warden, save the game. Then optionally wait a few seconds to allow the profile to upload.
Also keep in mind that syncing your profile with the Keep is completely pointless, so if the sync fails, don't worry about it. The Keep only imports your gender, race and origin, but you can manually edit all that anyway.
