I disabled all mods. I was using Nexus Mods Manager for this. Yet the issue persist, I'm finding myself unable to walk through an eluvian into the crossroads as the screen remains black and doesn't load the next area.
I will refer you to an old thread on this that some people found a fix for their issue, and with suggestions made by myself and others as things to try.
Modded Characters other than your main also cause this issue....so trying a different party mix may help too.
Thank you! Found the answer here! For the longest time I've had changed the launch properties to force 60fps sequences and I had forgot! Removed it and that let me continue.
