The DLCs free by now, there is no need to buy them separately anymore.
What shows up under "Manage add-ons" for you? (Click the dot menu on the DA2 cover in your library.)

This is what I see when looking at the add-ons panel
If you own the game on Steam you can download the DLCs from this page.
If you are on EA app:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
- Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
Then:
- Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
- Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall DA2.
- At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "intensive" > Browse
- If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
- When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All > Delete
- Reinstall DA2. > Test.
Ok did that clearing and it doesn't show the dlc under add ons. So I downloaded the installers from the link included and each one says that DA2 needs to be installed. I also tried using the DragonAge2Config.exe ( Blog from 2014 and 2018 ) to solve the dlc installer error to no avail.
You own the game in EA app?
Yes, I bought the game through humblebundle origin bundle 2 on 4/15/2015. After trying everything I saw online, I bought the ultimate edition yesterday for 3 bucks to get the dlc I was missing. It's currently working after another fresh install, this looks like the only way to get the DLC to run through the EA app.

@XeracrossSo then, now I ask you - after buying the game again, do you have two copies of DA2 in your EA app, or does it just show one?
- @FoxhackDN No it only shows the ultimate edition now, the standard isn't even listed separately. So it looks more like an upgrade.

I just noticed the message from last Saturday saying that they're looking into the DLC not showing up for some of us, so hopefully that gets fixed up in the near future. 🙂

Hey, Folks.
The team is looking into this one. The issue isn't because it is a Humble bundle. I tested this on an account that owns the game but no DLC in the EA app. There has been a lot of sales and updates with the game with the release info of DA: TV.
This issue is something the team with the EA app will be looking into since it is a launcher issue not necessarily a game issue.
Once there is more info, we will let you all know!

Sorry for the bump but it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything new. Are there any updates?

@darklorddrex I requested an update on this one. I see updates on the backend being made but not a full update as of yet that I can see. I will follow up and see what is happening on this one.

@Ginkasa I am going to follow up on this one. Things have slowed down since we have released all the DA: TV updates. When you log into the EA app, you are not seeing that one specific DLC, or any of them?
Have you cleared the EA app cache and all that or uninstalled the EA app? Gotta ask in case they say just have them do ABC you know? No worries! I was just hoping there was a fix waiting in the wings 😅
It's just that one DLC that doesn't appear. I have tried all the steps listed throughout the thread and none have worked.

@Ginkasa Took a look. I do not see that the account owns that DLC. I see a handful of items from around the launch I believe but not the majority of the DLC for the game. When you log into that EA account, do you see the option to download, or purchase? Im not even seeing a download of it on the account.
- @EA_Shepard It might be that I never bought it back in the day. I'd be happy to purchase it, but I couldn't find anywhere to buy it (at least for PC) and I saw it mentioned I think in this thread that they all became free at some point?

@Ginkasa Well if you bought it back then I would still see it from then. I don't see it at all. They did all become free. You may have to purchase it but it should not cost anything. You should be able to just go in, and snag it from the EA app and install it.
If you are doing everything through Steam, you have to go to the Help page and download it from there but still will give it to you.
- @EA_Shepard The problem is I don't see it anywhere in the EA App. I search for "Mark of the Assassin" or "Dragon Age" in the store in the app and it doesn't appear at all. It's not listed under the game's page either. That's really the crux of the issue. I can find a web page in my browser for the DLC but it says it's no longer available.

@Ginkasa Okay, yeah, gotcha. So I just had a conversation about this with the team. They are looking into it again for me as it has come up again. I am waiting on the EA app folks to see why it isn't showing up for some. I've logged into multiple accounts to test it and can't see why it won't show. Do you happen to have access to another PC you can download the EA app on just to test it?
