Try this for flickering: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/DA-Inquisition-texture-flickering-NVIDIA-GTX-690-last-driver-344/m-p/4007659#M5028
Also, disable Origin in-game, overlays ... <sigh>

I've found that disabling m second GFX card (GT 755M) and going with just one gets rid of the texture flashing issue. I'm really not happy about doing this though as one of the reasons I bought it was it looked really good graphically. What's the point in playing it with everything turned down and missing out on the GFX just to be able to play it. Were it easier to refund a game to G2A I'd do so and buy it cheaper at a later date when the game actually works! This is why I generally don't buy a game till after 6 months or so... DAM MY EAGER DRUNK LATE NIGHT PURCHASE!!!
