I don't see the issue. I see cloud shadows on the grass. Isn't that intended behavior?
Cloud shadows have been a feature in these games since Dragon Age 2.

Maybe that video didn't fully capture it - take a look at this one:

See how there is almost a kind of gridline effect over the grass?
I definitely don't think it's normal - I played this for 3 hours when I first got it, and also played on PS4 for 25ish hours and never noticed this (and you'd think any graphical artifacts would be worse on the PS4 version). But so far I have not found this happening in any other games, so I don't think it's a PC/graphics card issue.
Anyway, thanks for any other thoughts!
