Yes, they're all installed in the Ea Desktop. Redownloaded and reinstalled the game several times. Unlink and link again to Xbox gamepass, nothing helps.

@Tiberuu Thank you for confirming, just wanted to make sure that you have the DLC installed and that you can play the DLC.
So in this case even when you have the DLC installed, somehow the save doesn't recognise the DLC and that's what I passed on. Yes something like that. I think it is a little strange because it's the GOTY edition.

In order to confirm that I can see the DLC in game I would have to play all the way to where you get access to the war table in skyhold.

It is still being investigated but it is looking like it will take longer than usual.
When there is anything to share, I will be sure to post here.
I had this issue about 6 months ago, and had given up on it after hours across multiple days with support (an especially frustrating aspect was support saying tickets/notes will be updated so next person I talk to will know about the issue and to contact them again after trying something, but without exception having to re-explain and get the same recommendations). Nobody from EA seemed to really acknowledge the issue on the forums back then. I'm really glad it is finally on the radar with the issues properly identified.
I have the same problem. It came up when I canceled my subscription and then paid again. Now having ea play (ordinary) I have an error in dragon age inquisition that I do not have dlc although ea play desktop app shows all as installed, I tried everything on the internet. It stopped working on Friday night.

Same problem here, I redeemed a code for the base game and then I couldn't play the EA Play version of the game (GOTY). Hope they fix it.
Same issue here. 50 hours into this game and suddenly I'm blocked, this is actually unbelievable. I talked with 5 of their support and nothing helped. Hope that someday we can have an answer for this but until then, I will NOT be playing anything else EA related if it means I can just lose my save out of nowhere.
Also having this exact same problem. 80 hours in i hope there is a fix asap

Same issue here, I “bought” the Black Emporium dlc from Origin and it showed up in my game. Definitely some kind of verification issue on their side
- @Captn_Platypuzz I discovered that by changing the profileoption file for someone's that if the dlc works correctly, the game if it detects them (Although only if it is played offline), if any hero has the most updated profileoption file and can share it? ☹️
spoke to support and theyre absolutely clueless as to whats happening, does every here own the base game but not the dlc on Origins? Maybe some sort of conflict?
Well on my case i only owned black emporium and it was only dlc which was working on last time. So about conflicts i think its possibility there is somekind of conflict with installer when it`s installed with EA Desktop But this problem started after they fixed missing tresspasser dlc because on may every other dlc was worked fine when i tried (except missing tresspasser dlc). On summer i reinstalled windows and tried this on last month and only dlc what was working is black emporium
Finally I was able to partially fix the problem, at least to be able to play the main story without problems. I was able to get the profileOption file from an account that doesn't have this problem and has the Goty version. If you just want to play single player and ignoring the multipalyer (if there are even people playing it), put the file and replace it inside C:\Users\{Your Account}\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save. The game will enter in offline mode and will recognize all Dlcs. Sorry for my English, I was using Google Translate.
