Sweet, need to give that a go. Im having the same problem. Dont want to delete all save data tho. Did you guys lose your characters or were they saved in the cloud?

I have this issue too.

Man, I hope BioWare release many many patches for this game - it needs a lot of fixing up.

Im still having this issue sometimes it won't even load into the menu screen with the templars and mages other times it just gets stuck when i press menu to go the screen where i can continue the game. So annoying as im right near the end of the story. 

Resetting the MAC address did the trick for me. Thanks

I did the hard reboot to the xbox one and it did get me past the press menu screen.  I was not able to start my settings first though. So did the reboot without the settings / network clear.

It still get me up and running at least for a while.<G>
