Regeneration Potion Hair Bug

Whenever my main character drinks a regeneration potion all of his hair, eyebrow, beard, etc. vanish until sometime after the potion wears off.

    Well found an odd fix, apparently turning "Shader Quality" under the graphics options to high or above resolves the issue... strange?
