Requisition Quest Restart Bug
I have the requisition quest "Lore Requisition on the Plains" to collect 5 Ancient Writings and 5 Orlesian Tomes on the Exalted Plains. When I turn it in, however, the game doesn't register the quest...

I also had to do the Fallow More requisition twice for it to be marked completed. Now I have to do Exalted Plains requisition again, but I cleared the area and now there are no more enemies to drop the requisition items.

Will share some tips ive learned myself or from research. Not sure how to fix the restart issue for console.
PLEASE NOTE: I played this game on PS4.PLEASE NOTE: These Work for areas that have been cleared.
Exalted plains - Lore Requisition on the Plains
- Go to Shrine of Sylaise or Ancient Baths
- Kill the 3 enemies and pick up loot. (You will get the ancient writings, tomes, or other items)
- Save game
- Reload saved game (to respawn the enemies)
- Repeat killing enemies (NOTE: Save game after you get tomes or writing)
Hinterlands - Hinterlands Cage Requistion- Go to Dwarfson's Pass Camp (either by riding, walking, or teleporting there)
- Travel through the broken arch and follow the path north
- Continue following path west (NOTE: You will pass the worried scout on your way to the location)
- Go to the house that will be located on your left. (NOTE: Widow Maura's house)
- Speak with her (She will thank you again)
- Take 5 steps out of the house.
- Save Game
- Reload Saved Game- Head straight through the trees ahead along the path
- Kill enemies that spawn
* May take several reloads till you get enemies* Either you will get templars or mages
* Not every load will drop keys on every enemy* Sometimes having to leave an area for awhile will help.
* This one takes alot of time.
