I've just get the bug on my new game (haven't get the issue on my past save) Started a little before the descend released and now with patch 9 and the DLC i still have the bug... Will we ever get a fix?

Yeah, I'm just posting to bump the thread as well.
Everyone plays games in different ways, and for those of us who are completionists, things like this wretched requisition bug detract from our overall gaming experience. That doesn't make us "nitpicky nerds", or people who just want something to complain about. We're complaining because it's a genuine issue that hasn't been fixed for months, and it's annoying.
It may be only a minor bug, but it really bothers me. When you have a game as amazing as DAI, it's actually more irritating when small issues like this arise. If I was playing an inferior game, I'd probably just go for the achievements at this point, and then consider it done and dusted. But Inquisition is such an amazing game that I've invested hundreds of hours into playing it, and I don't want my canon playthrough to be anything less than perfect. For me, that includes completing all requisitions, and having no open ones left in my journal.
just ended up with the same problem just now on my PS3... I'm thinking that they dont read this forum as I can see the original post is ages old. does anyone know how to contact BioWare directly? like a email or do they have their own site? (I am terrible at pc stuff) could someone email this link to them and/or explain to them what is up?
Still bugged, still stuck in my quest log, still bumping the thread. Official Response: nonexistent. Are they even looking at this?
