[Resolved] Dragon Age Keep - Oops An Error has Occurred

Good evening,

I am trying to use the Dragon Age Keep to reload my world state. But I keep getting this error (image attached).

Can someone let me know if this service is down?

    Hello, Inquisitors!

    The Keep has been confirmed to be up and running again! We see stability on the site, and have tested it, logged in, added world states and we are good to go!

    If you run into any issues, please clear all cache, and browser data (from the beginning of time) and log back in with your account!

    As always, if you run into any issues, let us know and we will send it on up!

    @monroe_1794 If you are still running into the error, can you please clear cache in your browser, delete history from all time,s and try again?

    If you continue to get that error, send me a screenshot!

    Hello, I am having issues with sharing my world state to another friend on the Dragon Age Keep. Like 80% of the time my friendlist appears empty even though I know I have friends. I can occasionally get it to show my friends when I refresh a lot, but no one has any icons. When I try to share my world state with them I get the message "Oops, An error has occurred. Please refresh the page and retry." Then the page starts loading and never completes it's load. When I refresh the page, it never ends up properly sending my world state and always comes back with the same error.

    @pop470 A VPN seems to help with this one. Sadly that oops error has never been resolved. It is a backend issue that has conflicts. 

    I have seen some players connect to a hotspot, while others a VPN and it connects just fine. This issue on our end is we need enough players saying it does not work to pull resources to a 10-year-old site.

    It is frustrating. I've received it too but I use a VPN and change locations and it ends up working. It only needs to work one time though and then a normal connection works after that.

    Late here, but I can't find anything else about mods breaking the Keep so I figured I'd ask you here: do you know any ways to fix mods messing with it? I've tried different devices and switching at the "proceed" page, but it hasn't fixed it

    Hi @niredia, It has been a min since I've done this but a lot of data is based on save states and the decisions. I would delete the world states you have and create brand new ones. May take a bit but when you run the replay it monitors and reads all your game saves and decisions you made. That is what causes mods to make things not work.

    Since we don't officially support mods in the game or keep, it will be matter of testing different steps to see what works.
