[Resolved] Dragon Age Keep - Oops An Error has Occurred

Is this something that happens often? Cuz I remember similar issue when I was starting my first playthrough. And just when I was about to go for a second one, the keep is broken again.

I have recently started playing the Dragon Age Series. I've started with Origins, and continued with DA2. As I played through the games I filled in the different decisions I made on the Dragon Age Keep Tapestry, so that I would be able to transfer the world state to DAI. I have just finished DA2 2 days ago, on the 26th, and until then, the Keep worked perfectly fine! 

Yesterday, the 27th was when my problems began. I enjoy modding the games, as they are slightly older, and I enjoy having new possibilities for character creators! I downloaded some minor mods, which are either fixes for certain bugged quests, or that affect the visuals and character creator. To see whether the mods worked or caused conflicts, I started the game to create a new test character, my first character. Mind you, this was not the first time I started the game at all, but the first time I created a character on that account. After I had skipped through the intro and character creator, I didn't save the game (it autosaved itself), I wanted to check the Keep, to see whether they had registered the newly created character (which I didn't want, since it was merely a test character). That's when I started to get the 'Oops, An Error Occurred' pop up. 

I've tried a few solution/tips that were recommended, using Incognito Mode, different Browsers, I even created a new Account, which had the same issue, flushed DNS, tried to delete temp files (which apparently I didn't have any), I tried switching between all the different tabs, but nothing seems to work!
I've also noticed that there seem to be quite a few people at the moment with this issue, so I'm unsure whether it is a more widespread issue right now, and it was just a coincidence that it happened after I created my new character, or if the creation of said character caused the Tapestry and the Keep to not work for me!

Pretty sure their servers are down. Odd if it's a maintenance thing, on the weekend.

Kind of hope it's something like the servers being down for a while, for whatever reason. Would hate if I personally cooked/destroyed my Keep content/access because of mods or anything like that :') I just found the timing with it not working as I created a new character to be very concerning :')

It’s something that has happened before for sure with really no fix, at least user end. With this many people experiencing issues it’s definitely something on EA/Bioware’s end. 

I highly doubt this has anything to do with Dreadwolf—it’s not being released any time soon and I doubt they would just remove access to the keep with no warning.

I opened up a help ticket for this issue to see if they had any answers, and according to the employee they’re aware of the issue (it’s been going on for three days now) and are actively working on a fix. They’re hoping to have it back up here soon but I was not given a specific time frame 

Im trying to use DA Keep but always gives me the oops error and its unable to sync everytime.

I have requested an update on keep from the BioWare team. They are working on some updates on the backend to get the keep updated.

Once there is an update from them, I will let everyone know. You may get in before that happens, so please give it time for the team to look into this further!
