Since you didn't include the single most important component in a gaming PC, I seriously doubt your little notebook meets the minimum requirements:

From the official Dragon Age website, the requirements are:

    CPU: AMD quad-core CPU @2.5 GHz / Intel quad-core CPU @2.0 GHz

    Hard Drive Space: 26 GB
    DirectX 10

I don't think you have any real GPU.

Games like skyrim and other Bethesda games Work perfectly fine. No problems with those at all

If another game doesn't run on the same Frostbite game engine, there is no valid comparison that can be made, sorry. There is no support for any of the "wannabe" video chips from Intel. There never will be, in this game.

These are the Display items, I know it has high requirements but I have seen other people Using similar Specs to mine. And my specs are fine for a Portable PC

  Just so you know, in future, it's much easier (for us and you) to just post a dxdiag instead of copy-pasting random bits of it into a post. 😉
  That video card (and, it seems, your whole laptop) are not 'fine' for a gaming PC. It is not built for playing games, certainly not AAA games with high requirements. This game is so demanding they gave up trying to support PS3 and Xbox 360, and they probably have better specs than your laptop.
  
  Also, your drivers are from 2012. That's older than the game. Just... no.
