I've had some shader issues with an AMD GPU as well. Here are some of the things I did.
Download the latest drivers from http://www.amd.com. Make sure you uninstall your old driver before you install the new one. You can do this in the Windows control panel with the 'uninstall a program' utility and looking for AMD software, but you if you want to be thorough you can also use a program called DDU which will remove all traces of video drivers.
Another thing I did when I had shader issues was to disable the shader cache in the AMD settings (see image below). This may increase load time a little.
Thirdly, in the game's display settings, try to switch your API. If you're running on Mantle, try DirectX and vice versa.

Turning off mantle did the trick
