Ruined saved game. I need a new Deluxe Edition redeem code. (PS4)

    Okay, I'm having a major issue and I need someone to help. I have Dragon Age: Inquisition for PS4, and I uploaded all of the dlc items and started the game. However, after about 40 hours into the game, it started glitching and became pretty much unplayable. I had to uninstall the game, but when I re-installed it and tried to load my save; I got an error message saying it could not load because the dlc items were missed and had to be re-downloaded. This is where the problem is; I can't re-download the items because they are not showing on my download list for the game. They DO however show that I have 4 add ons, but I can't re-download them. I took screenshots, I have proof of purchase, so all I need is another code to finish my game. Just semd me a message if you need to see my proof of purchase. Thank you in advance.
