Scattered Glyphs bug

I have the "scattered glyphs" quest open right now, but cannot finish it. I have found 3 of the 4 glyphs without issue, and the last one is marked on my map but does not actually appear. According to the map, it should be in the Ancient Baths. I have checked numerous walkthroughs, screenshots, and youtube videos to verify where it SHOULD be, but it isn't there. I have teleported into and out of the region several times, and tried rebooting my game. Still nothing.

This is really disappointing, since it cuts off a rather substantial collection sidequest.

Edit: I should note that I am playing on the Xbox One. Does anyone else have this issue? A quick google search seems to show I'm the only one with this specific problem.
