Dunno about cutscene with Sera (didn't romance her) but romance achievement is bugged and no matter who you romance it (at least in some cases) won't trigger.
Same problem here. Playing a human female mage.
If it makes any difference, I got the "Woman who wants for nothing" quest before talking to Blackwall. Then when talking to Blackwall he initiates his dialogue where he leaves right after -- giving me no opportunity to finish Sera's quest. Helpfully, "Woman who wants for nothing" then no longer shows Blackwall as a required talking point ... except now Sera's quest won't advance at all without him, even though he's no longer listed.
You have to get Blackwall back before you can finish Sera's quest. At that point he'll pop back up on her quest steps, you can talk to him again, and then finish Sera's.
However, the scene is still cut short.
Have the exact same issue, completed a woman who wants for nothing, have a human female warrior. Got to the cutscene in the room, she pushes you down, screen fades black, bam back in the tavern and no achievement....
Thought maybe I have like some child friendly version of inquisition or something or theres some mature content settings but that is not the case.
I have the romance quest where i have to ask everyone in the inner circle. I went to talk to Vivienne last and i accepted her decision but it doesn't show quest completed. Just saying to ask Vivienne.
I've got a similar issue but here's the thing: I actually got the cutscene where my Qunari Mage and Sera are in the Inquisitor bedroom doin' the horizontal momba :P ...my issue is that once this cutscene is over I expected to see the 'fully romanced a companion,' um ...Beloved and Precious Achievement, trigger and it hasn't.
Is there more that I need to do with Sera after I see this cutscene? I'm not seeing any new dialog options when I talk to her although I have refrained from clicking on the "we need to talk" option since the one time I did to see what this was about, it would have led me to stopping the dating and Sera leaving the Inquisition. Do I need to finish the Orlais quest to save Celene? I've not done this one yet cuz I wasn't sure if doing all the major plot quests would advance the story and prevent me from finishing some other minor side quests so I haven't started Wicked Hearts other than doing the initial war room ops for this.
@Qwii01 Pretty sure that's not the last part of relationship with Sera, you need to continue playing. 😉 Not sure when the achievement happens, but there is still at least one more 'important' relationship conversation for you to have with Sera. The 'we need to talk' should give you options, generally if you have the option to break up with someone, you haven't completed their relationship. 🙂
