Severe Issues With DA: Inquisition for PC

I loved Dragon Age: Inquistion while the fun lasted.

There were a few minor bugs here and there but nothing that took away from my enjoyment overall, until I reached Skyhold.

After that my experience went down the drain, the game became laggy to the point that it was unplayable. I uninstalled DA:I and reinstalled it in an attempt to fix the problem, but now I can't redeem my bonus content code and it makes my earlier saves totally unplayable.

Also, upon creating a new character instead of taking me to the cutscene with Cassandra it left me stuck in the area the Inquisitor receives the mark with absolutely nothing to interact with.

Will there be a fix released for this in the near future? Otherwise my game appears to be completely unplayable and I've wasted $60.

I'd also like to add that my drivers for NVIDIA are up to date yet NVDIA claims my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the game which is odd.

DA:I won't even initialize on my computer.  PC is a few months old and meets more than the minimum requirements.  Updated nVidia driver and Windows 8.1.  Installed the game, click "play," and nothing happens...!  Uninstalled/reinstalled - no love.  Three days of frustration.  I'd like a $75 refund for my Deluxe version, unless there is a PC patch to resolve this ASAP.

You hadn't named any nVIDIA above, only the Intel that is so far below minimum, it's a joke. The DxDiag does name a GT 755m, however.  The 8800 GT was a quite powerful card for its time, and nVIDIA is still making ans selling many low end products that cannot match it after all this time, especially in laptops.   Yours cannot be expected to do more than the minimum, Low Graphics quality, and medium screen resolution.

You must force it via Geforce Control Panel entries to actually work when it seems to prefer not to do so.
