Shimmering textures

Hello, 

I have horrible shimmering textures when playing. It's mostly grass, tress, ground and rocks. A little bit on the armor as well. It only happens when I'm moving the camera or moving my character.

My drivers are up to date, have run repair in Origin and Origin is disabled in game. GPU isn't overheating, have opened the PC but it's all good inside. I have an A10-6800K with 8 GB RAM and R9 270 gpu, but the monitor is a bit older, 1366x768 VGA with an adapter. 

Does anybody have any idea how to fix this?

In some other games, like in SWTOR, tinkering with Radeon Pro helped a bit, it' s still there but less visible, but it doesn't work on DA:I.
