Single Player "you have lost connection to the session" non stop

Playing goty da:i and I am in hinterlands doing quests for horsemaster. 5 times in a row i got this message " you have lost connection to the session".  What is problem with this? First time this ...

I deleted all and started new game. 

Redownloaded and reinstalled whole game again and I will see if problem persist later when I get to same spot.
