I defeated the Leader at the Outpost of Fallow Mire and after you rescue the soldiers, you can see Sky Watcher by the stairs. When I try to talk to him nothing happens, the speech bubble just remains...

Community AdminWhat system are you on? Does saving and reloading have any effect, or fast travelling then returning?
I had exactly the same problem. XBox One version. If I fast travel around the map and return, he still won't speak to me. If I leave (go to Haven, for example) and return, he is gone.

My problem is in PS4!

I also had this bug, on PC. Crashed just after I recruited him, loaded last save, now he won't talk. Tried leaving zone and re-entering, as well as logging off and back on, no luck.
Same problem here. PS4. Save/reload does nothing. He stands there and shows with an exclamation point on the minimap, and a X chat bubble over his head. You hit X to talk and he will turn to you but nothing is said. I'm not moving on without him so I guess its off to multiplayer until EA fixes this :l. Don't want to risk missing him, and my previous save is an hour earlier which I don't want to redo due to a bug.

Hope you can find a fix soon... I'd like to continue playing
- ApprovedI got on the ps4 I don't play multiplayer and on my nightmare run to get remaining trophies so if it isn't going to be fixed anytime soon I won't be playing this game unless there is more than ten agents in the game.
