Community AdminDid you go to the hinterlands farm and recruit the horsemaster to work for the inquisition? I know my stables didn't have much until I did this,

I just did that. But last time I tried I wasn't able to recruit him, there was no additional option for conversation. This time I had Cassandra with me and I could let her speak and convince Master Dennet.
When I returned to Skyhold after that, there is Master Dennet walking around and the sign there is active now :-)

Is this the same persont that you get your first mount from? Because I already did that. Like I said, I can see that there is a merchant on the map, and the mount stable is active. It even told me I could purchase new mounts when I first clicked on the sign. But now whenever I go back to it, I cannot. :/
