So patch 3 just hit, and guess what? STILL UNPLAYABLE ON PC

I, like many others, have been unable to play DA:I since Patch 2 hit back in early December.  What used to be a solid 60 fps was now ~10 fps, with huge dropouts.  Patch 3 hit, and while I was optimistic it would solve my problems I was not surprised to discover it did not.

I will be fair; the framerate, when not completely frozen, has improved significantly.  But every few seconds, the framerate drops to 0 for a few seconds, and the game is STILL unplayable.  When loading in Skyhold, you have to wait as layers of the ground are loaded one at a time until you can finally control your character.

I am utterly disgusted.  Bioware, you will never recieve another cent from me.  But if you want to save the customers who haven't completely given up on you, you need to make this a top priority and hotfix it as soon as possible.

  • If you run performance monitor when this is happening, do you see spikes during the freezes? Do you see activity from any other services? What steps have you taken previously?
