Solas' romanced Tarot card

I am unsure whether this is a bug or just Solas being Solas...?

Romancing him, his tarot card did not change from his base card until after we left Mythal, right before the end of the game.  As he had been greeting my Inquisitor with "My Heart" since shortly after I got Skyhold, 80 some hours earlier in the game, I thought this odd.  To be honest, i don't remember if it was right before or right after

..but, either way, the change was definitely that late in the game. I only ever saw the romance tarot once or twice before it changed again at the story's end.

I was curious, so when I started my new game and triggered his romance again (shush), I knew all the "right" answers and my approval with him was quite high--we were acknowledged friends--before the romance was confirmed on Skyhold's balcony.  I thought this high approval might be needed as well as the heart options to trigger it. But it hasn't.

Does his card not change until (way) later for storyline reasons or is this another bug that just got recalculated/corrected with that last cutscene?  What has everyone else run into?

    I have not romcanced solace, but there are a few places in the games, when players leave the inquisition, or are gone on thier own for a time, until you convinvce them to come back. but with solace at the end of the game, leaves, and disappears so you get a white x on thier card.

    not sure if that helps, but from the sound of it, its very well possible it is a glitch.

    in my first playthrough, i romanced scribbles, and her card never changed for me either, at least for the romance Tarot.
