Do you have the free Black Emporium DLC? What happens if you make slight alterations to your character's appearance in the Mirror of Transformation?
Just remember that some appearance mods can make the Black Emporium crash if you use the mirror (others don't show up, such as some hair meshes which don't include textures). It looks like you're using a hair mod, hence the warning. 😉
The glitching has happened on a previous file before I used mods so I don't believe that is the problem
