Regarding "Belle of the Ball", I've tried this 7 ways from Sunday. Like what Oni_Q_wicked said, It only triggers if you talk to Florienne.
You don't need 100 court approval 95+ should do it but at the end when you return to the ballroom you MUST pick the "I'll speak with Florienne" option when talking to Cullen.
I think it reflects the "most desirable" way to conclude the evening without killing her hence "gaining the full approval of the court".
