Well I just got the shittiest treatment ever from a customer service person. I feel sorry for the person I am about to speak to on the phone once I get off work.
After repeatedly feeding me **bleep** telling me to just accept that this is how the file is, and refusing to listen to my requests to escalate despite the fact I provided calm and completely justified reasoning for everything I was asking.
They completely refused to escalate the issue in any way despite the fact that they could not resolve it. After a certain point they just started typing nonsensical sentences in an attempt to baffle me I assume. I have the whole transcript and it is eye-opening.
Re-opened the issue immediately. I feel so bad for whoever gets to deal with this pissed off customer.
