Specializations not carrying over to new games

Going from memory...

I seem to recall the specializations being visible on the "Level Up" screen (right side at the top), but greyed out until you actually have a specialization point to spend. The actual specialized talents didn't become visible and selectable (on their respective screen) until the specialization itself is first selected on the "Level Up" screen.

so i got to 7 and finally got a specialization point only to find out it was still locked u.u

i just got what you said by "greyed out" its not just grey, its actually LOCKED, like with the lock thing and everything, ughhh whyyy D:

Since I play on PC I'm not sure if you need to sync with your Xbox profile to get the specializations to unlock permanently.

hmmm i cant see how i can do that as i dont have an xbox live account 😕 its only for the console
