[Spoilers All] Did a romanced Leliana lie to Justinia and Cassandra?

According to Cassandra, the first person Justinia looked for to lead the Inquisition was the Hero of Ferelden, but he had vanished. After Adamant, however, Leliana grows concerned about a romanced Warden and wants to contact them. Does this mean she lied to Cassandra and the Divine so the Warden could continue to look for a cure to the Calling undisturbed?

If so, 1) that's hilarious, since it means both Varric and Leliana lied to protect the people they cared about, and 2) how come Cassandra never gets angry at her like she does with Varric https://100001.onl/?
