*spoilers* DA:I Consistent Crash After Eluvian

Have you tried repairing the game? Since the freeze consistently happens in the same place, and you've had no issues elsewhere, it's possible something went wrong while the game was installing or updating or something. 

Just in case that didn't work, could you please post your dxdiag? Might give us a clue.
