Not sure if we are having the same problem, but my game started crashing after 18 hours of play and I couldn't continue playing from that point. So, I deleted the game, updated to Win10, reinstalled it and the same thing happened but at the beginning of the game. I think I found the problem though. Seems loading from an Auto-save file is the problem. The auto-save function corrupts the file somehow. Yesterday, after loading exclusively from hard save points, played 7 hours without one crash.
@Marcus_Killsalot, that sounds like a very different issue (since the OP wasn't having issues loading from a save game, but with a certain cutscene). Autosaving should not corrupt your saves, are you using mods or something like Cheat Engine or a trainer?
