spoils of the qunari not showing up in haven

I recently downloaded Dragon Age: Inquisition Game of the Year Edition for the PC. I cannot get the Spoils of the Qunari to appear in the game. The Spoils of Anvar have shown up but that is it. In Haven, the special delivery chest were I found the Spoils of Anvar continues to have an exclamation mark on it everytime i enter Haven, but when I select it and open it, nothing new shows up in my inventory. My Dragon Age game folder shows the presence of an "ItemPack2" and "ItemPack3" (no file called "itempack1" though) along with other folders that correspond with the GOTY DLC. I'm not sure how to get this DLC to show up in game, also I don't kow if I should have access to any other DLC items at this point in the game. Please help me out, thanks.

    I would suggest to contact the support team tomorrow so they can double-check the code and replace it if necessary. 

    To discuss with them, simply fill out this form and select Missing content / Had content and lost it in the drop down menu. They'll look into the issue for you.

    Hi @gracefuldead,

    Fred_vdp is correct, make sure you're logged in to the correct Origin/EA account from within the game in order to authenticate the DLC.

    My account is set to always log me in. I've logged into both origin and the DA website and it is still not working. I do not know how to solve this problem. Additionally, I don't get why the Spoils of Anvar worked but the Spoils of the Qunari have not.

    Thanks for the additional info @gracefuldead. Automatic login can fail sometimes. Turn off the automatic login at the start of the game and try log into the servers manually. If need be, reset your password and make sure not to use special characters. Also disable any VPN or proxy settings as they can sometimes cause issues too.

    Just tried all of these suggestions but the problem persists. Is there anything else I can do?
