You realize that I am the one that answered that post of yours and already said that the newest driver is NOT fixing this?

I made another thread last night since we weren't having any luck with this one and I heard back from an EA fellow, he hasn't looked at the dxdiag yet but he's thinking missing art assets or corrupt shaders.
