[Steam] Dragon Age: Origins How to Access Awakened DLC

So, just like the title implies, I would really like to access the Awakened DLC for Origins. I was able to download the rest of the DLC from the EA website, but Awakening was missing. I would just play the Ultimate edition through Steam, but I have been trying to make it work all day and following every guide I could find to troubleshoot it and no matter what I do, it will not run on steam. Is there any way to get the ultimate edition/the awakened DLC through the EA app, or is it a lost cause?

    @BookishBrews The files that are located in this help article are only for the Steam version of the game being played through Steam and not the EA app. 

    In the EA app, all DLC is free for players if the DLC is listed as obtainable in the EA app or on the site. As the Ultimate Edition of the game includes it, you could get that version if you do not own it, but currently, the only way to is if you have that version (which the studio bundled) or it is available on the site to download into Steam.

    The EA app should list it under manage add ons as a DLC you can download and install.
