    @somebodyunknown1 Hi,

    When you say you can't find the dlcs anywhere, does it mean you looked through your game files ?
    Have you looked in the game's main menu through downloadable content ? Maybe they're simply not activated.
    I don't own the game on Steam so I have no idea if there's a way to manage the dlcs or if they're "included" in the base game
    I'd advise to look through the game files as to see if the files are there : Right click on the game > Manage > Browse local files
    Double check you're not in "bin_ship" folder and go to addins. There you should find a list of folders all starting with "dao_"
    If they're present I'd check to see if they're empty.

    If they're absent I'd try to manually install the dlcs :

    Go to https://dragonage.fandom.com/wiki/Downloadable_content_(Origins)
    You'll have to manually download every dlcs manually and install them manually (just click the dlc name in the "location of downloadable content section"). Then follow the instructions in the "manual installation" part and manually install the dlcs

    If you're not comfortable with sharing a DxDiag file I'd double check your drivers (all of them) are updated to their latest version

    Unfortunately I can't help you with the virtual machine thing. I'd encourage you to share the DxDiag file so holger1405 can help you on that one (I actually have no experience in reading through one so wouldn't be much help)
    If you don't feel safe doing so I'd advise to try and look up info on the virtual machine crash for dao and see if there's anything that pops up that might apply to you though it's a more hazardous solution since the problem might come from something else entirely and/or not be adapted to your system
