'Story' information not appearing for DA:O characters with DLC/Awakening?

On BSN I was going through my characters, my main characters who have played all the DLC specifically Awakeing. When I click on 'story' for them nothing appears. But it appears for my other character...

As far as I know, story/decision info will need to be manually entered anyway on DAK, so the issue is moot.
