'Story' information not appearing for DA:O characters with DLC/Awakening?

On BSN I was going through my characters, my main characters who have played all the DLC specifically Awakeing. When I click on 'story' for them nothing appears. But it appears for my other character...

The only data that transfers to the Keep is your avatar and your achievements. You will have to enter all story details manually anyway.
