Stuck in Redcliff Castle

The final door you mean? You need to keep killing mobs around and looting lyrium pieces to finish the quest (you need 5 as far as I remember).

You will be able to open the door afterwards.

You get a quest upon looting first lyrium fragment.

there is no lyrium to collect, i have killed all the guards, there were not many at all.  It is not a door but a gate.  Just to the right of it there is a lever that shows a turning motion, when I go to turn it (and it is highlighted) nothing happens.

The wheel next to the gate says turn on it when you get close enough.  When you right click it, nothing.

Is there anyone from support?

How to deal with this problem?

This is one of the few items that makes little since in play....

You have to go up to the wheel, and HOLD the action button down until the door opens.  If you release the action button, then you stop turrning the wheel, and the door will not open.  So to repeat, you have to hold the action button the Entire time you are opening the gate.

The problem is that I haven't got red lirium pieces from the dead venatori guardian mages. I have killed them, but didn't get the lirium.

I've tried to load this mission from the beginning, but nothing changed.

Ahh, sorry, so you have been through all the map??  Both wings and not found the pieces??

Sorry, can't say I have heard of that, though someone posted that firestorm in MP was preventing key drops...so you may try playing again the map, and cutting out any similar magic...
