Stuttering during cutscenes?

Is anyone else having an issue with stuttering during cutscenes? I have the PS4 version but this question

applies to all platforms. I deleted and reinstalled the game data which helped a little--the cutscenes used be significantly more unstable before I did this--but it's still bad enough that it ruins the immersion.

The whole screen used to be very choppy and stutter along during cutscenes, but now the problem is primarily relagated to the characters. The backgrounds seemed to have stabilized for the most part (I still get a full screen hiccup once in a while), but characters still stutter within their environnment. It's like they are going through withdrawl.

 I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this. I don't know what else to do to fix this problem and EA customer support was not helpful.
