Suddenly can not take screenshots on pc

As the title states, I suddenly can not take screenshots on my PC. I press prtscreen but it doesn't work. There's nothing in my screenshots folder. I checked the game installation folder after reading some people found their screenshots there, but it is not there either. For whatever reason, my Gforce experience tells me it's not a supported game (I thought it was?) and won't take screenshots with that either. No, I am not interested in downloading and installing an additional third party program to take screenshots, I'd like my game to work as it is intended.

I read prtscreen doesn't work properly in full screen mode, though those users were getting a completely black screenshot. Unfortunately, that's not my issue as I am getting no screenshot at all, and I already play in Windowed mode.

Any suggestions (other than downloading an additional third party program)?

    Hey @moxiegraphix, 

    In my experience, using the prtscreen key will copy the image to your clipboard where you will need to then paste it into an image editing program of some kind. Have you tried that to see if it works? You can open up something like MS Paint and see if you have the option to paste the image there.

    Do you look in the right folder?

    It is "%USERPROFILE%\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Screenshots".

    For example "c:\Users\Petr\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Screenshots"

    If you are running the game as an administrator, it may be a different folder because it is a different account.

    If you have a graphics card GeForce you van use Shadowplay for take snapshot and doing videos.

    If you have Windows 10 you can use Win+Alt+PrtSc - Screenshots are im "%USERPROFILE%\Petr\Videos\Captures" (c:\Users\Petr\Videos\Captures).
