What is the solution for Xbox One during an Xbox server outage? I was able to play offline with my 360 for this game, but it won't even start on the One without being connected.

I had found that solution earlier - my Xbox one was already set as my home xbox, and I tried going offline, etc, but the system kept telling me I had to be connected to start up. As the servers are back up now it's not a current issue, but going forward, I'm seeking a solution that would allow me to play during a server outage/Internet connection issues. Thank you!
