I can confirm this bug on PC. Very annoying.

I don't want to walk away and come back to solve this problem, for roleplaying reason (leaving guys who need help in a middle of a fight ? No way !).

So I found another workaround : if you cast Mark of the Rift on the "immortal" Darkspawn, it will destroy them. A little overkill I know, but it works !

Had the same problem on XBox but the Mark idea worked beautifully. I didn't even have time to start any other attacks before they were all dead.
