Tan Pants / Boots clothing texture glitch

What system are you on? If PC, what are your specs? I assume your party was using a variety of gear/leg mods?

I have been experiening this exact same glitch since I started the game.

It seems like standing in direct light triggers it the most, and occastionally it will fade back to it's normal color in areas like caves, but not always. Other times it just happens randomly, when I'm getting on or off mounts, or when I'm fighitng, whether I'm in shadow or not. This happens on every outfit I have tried on, crafted or not, no matter what color it originally is. Also, it will fade into the upper parts of certain outfits.

The longest I've gone without the glitch occuring was a couple of hours durring one mission, but for the most part my pants and boots are always that light tan sort of peanut butter color. Indoors, outdoors, and on every map I've visited, and even durring cutscenes the bug persists.

It should also be noted I have re-started my game completely several times, even tried other races and classes, and it doesn't make any difference.  It's a nasty one.

it is good to know I am not the only one. I do hope it can be fixed in an upcomming patch.

Just going to throw this in here.

It appears this is an intentional thing in the game... Which makes no sense.

Why would black armor all of the sudden turn tan? Or Red armor for that matter.

I would like to vote that this "feature" gets disabled, permenantly... Or at least add a toggle for it, as it is a decal and can therefor most certainly be disabled.

I'm also having this issue. My game always loads my boots and pants in fine, but before I know it, their texture has gone to a flat, tan type.

Oddly, if I change the mesh settings to low, I can see the boots again. I think this also applies to medium. I've tried this both with and without the command line for meshes and my game is completely up to date.

I think there's just something unfortunate going on with how meshes work right now.

I hope they know about this and have a plan to "fix" it =)
