Sorry for the late reply I stayed up half the night talking to EA tech people and what they said was my computer should run the game just fine and gave me a work around which really didn't help. They said there was something wrong with the game engine and right now there is no fix for this problem. But the good news is they know that a lot of people are having this problem and it should get fixed with an update or patch. I'm sorry I can't be more specific as to when but hopefully soon.
Thanks for the only hopeful bit of info we've had so far. Let's hope they are legit working on it. It's simply terrible as is.
