My computer is a literal beast, and far exceeds the minimum and suggested performance recommendations, and even on low settings I'm getting 20 FPS at MOST during open-world segements. The cutscenes are actually not doing too bad. game lags like crazy, sound isn't synching up to movements, it's... really frustrating. I'm tempted to go buy the game for my Xbox just so I can play it until they fix this mess. Which I sincerely hope they do, because this is the first time I've been upset with Bioware over a technical issue.
Are hardware ranges all over the place so that cannot be the common denominator. The only thing I can think of is the game that we all have in common.
Then I guess the only way for the game to be fixed is to wait for the patch.
