11 years agoTerrible FPS
In both cutscenes and gameplay my game has awful fps. It doesn't matter if the graphics are on high or low it's just terrible. It's making me really mad because I just got this computer in August and...
Okay, so I'm not the only one, though I'm not sure if it's comforting or further distressing considering you folks sound like you have much better PCs than I do. My PC does, however, meet the minimum requirements for DAI. It does not meet the recommended, however, but I should still be able to play the game since I meet the minimum, yes? This does not appear to be the case, though. Even with every single setting at the lowest it can go/turned off, I can only get an average 7 FPS. That's right, 7 FPS, and that's when in Haven near the beginning of the game. This is terrible. This is beyond terrible. This is unplayable. =/
Having the same issue, game worked fine in the prologue, then woke up in Haven and FPS is suddenly only 8 or so when I look out into the mountains. Running on an AMD Phenom II X4 975 and GTX 760 with 8gb of RAM, so I don't think I should be having problems.

This is exactly my issue. :/
I can get through the character creator just fine, and the scene where you wake up is a little slow but not unbearable. Then the minute I'm outside it's like everything slows to a crawl.
