Terrible FPS

I'm running with :
AMD Radeon R5 235 2048 MB memory graphics card and
Processor AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics, 3693 Mhz processor.
I have the latest drivers for the card and the latest DirectX but the performance is so bad it's almost unplayable.
I have to go down to 1280x1024 resultion with low grachics settings, and even with that the FPS is very very low.
This should not be the case, considering to cancell it for a re-fund.
