Terrible FPS

The performance in DA: I is really...I just cannot describe it with words.
The game says, on automatic settings:
EVERYTHING ON HIGH, DAWG!
and I only disabled AA and AO.
But still...DA: I runs really bad. The entire game runs with like...I don't know. It feels way below 30 FPS.
My hardware:
AMD A8-5600K Black Edition OC'd from 3.6 Ghz to 3.9 Ghz (sometimes even reaches 4 Ghz)
nVidia GeForce GTX 570 OC Edition by EVGA + latest nVidia Drivers
8 GB of Memory
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
